Ms. Adrienne Edwards, Director of Theater, Producer, has been teaching in the Atlanta Metro area for fifteen years. She found her love of entertainment as a cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media Arts with a concentration in Radio, TV, and Film from Clark Atlanta University with High Honors. She also holds a Masters' in Secondary Education and is currently working on a Masters' in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University. Her television work has been broadcasted on Black Entertainment Television and she received various other awards in cinematography to include Best Director and recipient of the Black Women in Film scholarship. Edwards's body of work includes music videos, episodic television, and stage productions.

Phaidra A Horton is the new Director of Chorus at Maynard Jackson High School. Ms. Horton has a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Morris Brown College a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University. Phaidra has 15 years of music and performing arts experience. Phaidra is the owner of Infinite Arts Foundation Company, a music production company that specializes in providing affordable classes, workshops, and musical productions to inner-city audiences. Ms. Horton has worked in Clayton County and Fulton County Schools.
Meredith A. Moore is a native of Atlanta and a graduate of North Atlanta High School. She is currently the Director of the Maynard H. Jackson Dance department and serves as a new teacher mentor. She is honored to be in her sth year at Maynard. She held the position, Lecturer of Dance at Spelman College for six years. Meredith also served as the Dance Coordinator for Fulton County Arts & Culture's, Southwest Arts Center for six years. She received her MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and also has a BA in Communications from Georgia State University. Meredith has worked commercially with such artists as Ciara, TLC, Lloyd and Jagged Edge. She has also choreographed for professional theatres,including True Colors, The Aurora, The Alliance Theatres and Actor's Express. She has also choreographed for local High School theatre including, New Manchester and Tri-Cities.
His orchestra program has been recognized by the Georgia Music Educators Association with superior ratings for outstanding performances. Mr. Rodriguez
was named best teacher of the year by the Atlanta Family Award for Excellence in Education!
Mr. Rodriguez is native of San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He began his music studies in violin at the Victoríano López Music School. In 1986 Rodriguez was invited to the United States by the Vermont Symphony Orchestra. He
continued his musical education at Southeastern Louisiana University, the University of Kentucky and the Longy School of Music.

Ms. Niles is one of the two Visual Arts Teacher has a BFA in Art Education from Georgia State University. She is currently getting her MFA in Studio Art from Lesley University Cambridge, Ma. Ms. Niles has 9 years of teaching 6 years in elementary at one of our feeder schools: Toomer Elementary and this is her third year at Maynard Jackson.
